Suspension of Services Policy

Borderline Digital is committed to maintaining a clear and fair approach to service suspension. This policy outlines our terms:

Grounds for Suspension: Services may be suspended upon two consecutive unpaid invoices until full payment is received. Late fees or penalties may apply for overdue invoices (>30 days).

Notification: Where possible, we will notify the client in advance of any suspension of services.

Reinstating Services: Once overdue payments have been settled, services will be promptly reinstated.
