Payment and Refund Policy
At Borderline Digital, we value transparency in our financial dealings with our clients. This policy outlines our payment and refund terms:
Payment Terms: The client agrees to pay Borderline Digital the agreed-upon amount for services. Full payment is required prior to the commencement of services.
Late Fees and Penalties: Invoices overdue by more than 30 days may incur late fees or penalties.
Refunds for Hosting Services: No refunds are granted for annual hosting services. For monthly services, refunds are provided for unused services within the first 60 days of hosting commencement.
Additional Work: Any additional work or changes requested will be estimated and billed separately.
